My first trunk show came and went and I would say it was a success! I dipped my toes in and the water is fiiiine. I can't wait for my next one! I was literally beaming all day, I was on cloud nine. It is one of the best feelings having people love these pieces that you are putting your heart into.

V. 4

 I have been working so hard to get all of my stuff together for the Etsy trunk show this Saturday. I have loved every moment that I have been pouring myself into this. Seeing all of this come together is such an amazing feeling. All of these things from my brain are all looking pretty cute out in the world.

I am working on boxes that include a bunch of supplies for people to upcycle their own pieces. I will also be selling some cardigans that I have upcycled myself. I do love the idea of the boxes so people can put their personal touches and love into their pieces. Getting people to craft is a pretty awesome thing too ;)

Volume 1

I have decided to take a big leap into the unknown and start a business. Luckily, I have a few good people in my life that know a thing or two about starting your own business and they have been SUPER helpful to me. I feel a lot of fear and anxiety about failure and people not liking what I am putting my heart into. On the other hand I feel a lot of excitement! There are a lot of pieces that are just falling into place for me and I am taking these said things as signs that I am going down the right path. I started this blog to document this journey (and my life at this time) for myself and whomever else wants a peak at it. I have a feeling that no matter what it'll be a fun ride. xo! Heather
